Education
Yale University: B.A. Economics

Glenn T. Prickett is the Executive Director of the Center for Environmental Leadership in Business and a Senior Vice President of Conservation International. The Center for Environmental Leadership in Business, a division of Conservation International, engages the private sector worldwide in creating environmental solutions to global environmental problems. Conservation International is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the Earth's biological diversity with operations in over 30 countries in the Americas, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.

The Center for Environmental Leadership in Business works with leading firms in key industries-including natural resources, agriculture, travel & leisure, transportation, finance, and information technology-to create business practices that reduce industry's ecological footprint, contribute to conservation, and create value for the companies that adopt them. Examples of this work can be found in a book that Glenn co-edited entitled Footprints in the Jungle: Natural Resource Industries, Infrastructure, and Biodiversity Conservation, published by Oxford University Press in 2001.

Prior to joining CI, Glenn served as Chief Environmental Advisor at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and Senior Associate with the International Program of the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Conservation Trust. Glenn graduated from Yale University in 1988 with a B.A. in economics and political science. He lives in Great Falls, Virginia with his wife Lisa and son Benjamin.
