As Manager of Corporate Partnerships, Debbie’s focus is to garner corporate support through Conservation International's(CI) special events. She works closely with CI's Center for Environmental Leadership in Business (CELB), coordinating efforts to further engage companies beyond their initial participation at a CI event. In addition to fostering current corporate relationships throughout the year, she also explores potential new sponsors and functions as the main liaison between CELB’s Corporate Partnerships and the Special Events team.

Prior to joining CI, Debbie spent seven years at the Wolf Trap Foundation for Performing Arts, in corporate relations and as advertising sales director. Both the corporate partner and advertising programs grew substantially during her oversight, and she was instrumental in helping to build a strong collaborative relationship between the development and communications and marketing departments.

She also worked with a federal and high-tech communications and marketing firm managing clients such as the NSF, NASA, and McDonald Bradley. Debbie still paints and exhibits scenes of her travels, and she spends as much time as possible outdoors climbing, hiking, and snowboarding.
