Instituto BioAtlântica

Our partnership with Instituto BioAtlântica (IBio) is focused on engaging industry to conserve biodiversity in Brazil's Atlantic Forest and coastal regions.

In June 2002, Conservation International, through CELB, joined forces with four major Brazilian companies (Aracruz Cellulose, DuPont Brasil, Petrobras and Veracel) to create the Instituto BioAtlântica. IBio offers a forum for testing and applying the work that CELB is conducting across a variety of industries within a specific region. more
